| You can only own a Condo totally outright. This is the easiest way to own property in Thailand. |

| That's right Sir you cannot own a house if you are a foreigner but you can own a condominium, and there is a condominium that looks like a house. |

Foreigners cannot own a land in Thailand, but they can purchase a Condominium. Moreover, a thing need to concern about ownerships of total condominium must belong to foreigners not more than 49%, and do not forget ask for a Free Dept Letter after purchasing it.
